Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site with no authority over a government office. It does not store official Robertson County records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Links and explanations direct users to jail and release resources maintained by agencies or third-party research services. A link does not convert their information into a record of this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site while violating any law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited decision.
• Do not seek access to systems or accounts without permission.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with the site or another visitor’s access.

No Consumer Reports

Robertson County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not offer screening services through this site. You agree not to use site information for:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
• Housing or tenant screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance rates
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to sheriff or TDCJ resources, release records, legal-aid information, government portals, or outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination’s content, privacy practices, terms, data quality, or availability, and you should review its rules before use.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its contents are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we give no warranty concerning:

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status
• Continuous or uninterrupted operation
• Freedom from errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• The scope or quality of a partner’s search results

Custody and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, TDCJ, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robertson County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site or a linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Robertson County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, alter, or republish them without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

Restriction of Access

We may suspend, limit, or end access to the site at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Texas Governing Law

Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as much as needed. All remaining terms continue in effect.
